Yes. Every team member is background-checked, trained on our cleaning protocols, works in uniform, and carries identification. Teams are supervised, and a checklist specific to your home is signed off on every visit.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, especially for deep cleans and post-construction jobs. Same-day service is sometimes available — call us and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Cash or bank transfer after the job is completed and you're satisfied. Commercial clients receive monthly invoicing. We never ask for payment before work is done.

Our teams are trained and insured, and damage is extremely rare. If anything is ever damaged during a clean, report it within 48 hours and we will repair or compensate fairly. Every visit is documented.

Yes — reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. Within 24 hours, a small fee may apply to cover the reserved team slot.
